The Electro-Surgery Suction and Irrigation Probe System is connected to an electro surgery generator and used in its monopolar mode and the medical suction equipment. The electro surgery generator produces a variety of electric high frequency waveforms to produce differing thermal effects on tissue. By varying the waveforms generated in terms of frequency amplitude and on the type and surface area of electrode used, to create cutting effect, coagulation and a blend of cutting and coagulation.

The Electro-Surgery Suction and Irrigation Probe System is designed to provide monopolar electro surgery functions and within the same instrument allow irrigation and suction of fluid and surgical debris during surgery improving the ability to locate and control bleeding and the dissection and coagulation of tissue during a surgical procedure.
